Tranquility, lush nature, and family fun! Our property is located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, in a region known as the Land of Many Waters. It is the ideal destination for those seeking relaxation, contact with nature, and special moments with friends or family. We offer lakes for fishing, swimming pools, a snack bar, a playground, and much more!

We take great care to preserve nature, animals, and natural resources. Therefore, we value the responsible use of water, energy, and waste.

• We provide a complete set of linens: bath towels, sheets, blankets, throws, pillows, and pillowcases (at no extra cost). We do not provide pool towels.

• Firewood is free.

• We provide barbecue utensils. Charcoal can be purchased on site (4 kg packages for sale).

The Beija-Flor and Bem-Te-Vi Country Houses are located on a large 13-acre ranch (over 320,000 m2), in the heart of the Atlantic Forest. A true refuge with vast native vegetation and rich biodiversity.

The space has:

• 3 fishing lakes (Tilapia, Catfish, Pacu, Piau, Bagre, Carp)

• Adult and children's pools exclusively for guests

• Playground with giant trampoline

• Quero-Quero snack bar with delicious portions and a pool table (with a token)

• Private barbecue in each house

Guests have free access to the houses and all common leisure areas: fishing lakes (per kg), swimming pools, playground, snack bar, fire pit, and parking. Everything is within the property, and there is no need for a 4x4 vehicle for access.

The hosts live in the main house on the property and are always available to help with anything you may need. Their close presence ensures convenience, safety, and hospitality throughout your stay.

The municipality of Juquitiba (Land of Many Waters, in Tupi-Guarani) is located in a privileged region, surrounded by lakes and waterfalls, and very close to São Paulo, so it is a good place to take a weekend getaway to enjoy a quieter place and recharge your batteries. The municipality offers attractions for the practice of adventure tourism, such as:

Our ranch is 5 km from the Régis Bittencourt Highway - BR116, and less than 3.0 km from Viva Parque - Ecological Water Park. The road is dirt, but it is in good condition even during the rainy season. There is no need for a 4x4 vehicle.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

CHECK-IN

Check-in at the house starts at 6:00 p.m., as we require a 3-hour interval between reservations to ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next guests.

Early arrival: Guests can arrive from 8:00 a.m. and leave their luggage in the main house (the host's). During this time, they can enjoy all the leisure areas of the property, including the fishing lake, swimming pools (for adults and children), playground, snack bar, and more. If you wish to enter the house before 6:00 p.m., an additional half-day fee will be charged, subject to availability.

CHECK-OUT

The house must be vacated by 3:00 p.m. After this time, it will no longer be possible to stay inside the house. However, guests can remain on the property until 7:00 p.m., enjoying the common areas. If necessary, we can also store luggage in the main house. If you wish to stay in the house after 3:00 p.m., an additional half-day fee will be charged, also subject to availability.
