Tranquility, lush nature, and family fun! Our property is located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, in a region known as the Land of Many Waters. It is the ideal destination for those seeking relaxation, contact with nature, and special moments with friends or family. We offer lakes for fishing, swimming pools, a snack bar, a playground, and much more!

We take great care in preserving nature, animals, and natural resources. Therefore, we value the conscious use of water, energy, and waste.

• We provide complete linens: bath towels, sheets, blankets, throws, pillows, and pillowcases (no extra cost). We do not provide pool towels.

• Firewood is free.

• Barbecue utensils are included. Bring charcoal or purchase it on-site (2 kg package).

• Rental of traditional fishing rods, sale of bait and dough baits.

Guests have free access to the houses and all common leisure areas: fishing lakes (per kg), swimming pools, playground, snack bar, fire pit, and parking. Everything is within the property, and there is no need for a 4x4 vehicle for access.

The hosts live in the main house on the property and are always available to help with anything you may need. Their close presence ensures convenience, safety, and hospitality throughout your stay.

Here you'll find a shared adult and children's pool, lakes for recreational fishing, a playground, and a huge green area, perfect for relaxing or having fun outdoors. For those who prefer convenience, we also have an on-site snack bar offering snacks, drinks, and a pool table (by token). The structure is simple and functional, designed for those who value the tranquility of the countryside, contact with nature, and the relaxed atmosphere of a family-friendly property. The hostess lives on the property and is always available to help.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

CHECK-IN

Check-in at the house starts at 6:00 p.m., as we require a 3-hour interval between reservations to ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next guests.

Early arrival: Guests can arrive from 8:00 a.m. and leave their luggage in the main house (the host's). During this time, they can enjoy all the leisure areas of the property, including the fishing lake, swimming pools (for adults and children), playground, snack bar, and more. If you wish to enter the house before 6:00 p.m., an additional half-day fee will be charged, subject to availability.

CHECK-OUT

The house must be vacated by 3:00 p.m. After this time, it will no longer be possible to stay inside the house. However, guests can remain on the property until 7:00 p.m., enjoying the common areas. If necessary, we can also store luggage in the main house. If you wish to stay in the house after 3:00 p.m., an additional half-day fee will be charged, also subject to availability.
